What is RavePlay?

RavePlay is a cool idea I had to let people play with visuals using an XBox controller. I take it to dance parties and festivals and to say that it is a hit is an understatement. Much to my ongoing surprise, people love it.

How does it work?

My setup is generally fully self-contained. I supply a 4m wide x 3m high inflatable screen, a projector, and XBox controller, some cool curated content and a vibe. But it can (and has been) done on a big screen or LED screens behind the DJ, even on the inside of big marquees and tents. You provide some 240VAC, a dance floor, people and more vibe.

People take it in turns to mash, twist, blend and rearrange what is on the screen – often, getting people to give the controller to someone else is hard

What sort of events?
